The person I bought it from didn’t date the title, so I was able to get the car fixed and running without putting it in my name. Then the person who bought it from me just dated it and put it in their name! I wasn’t driving the car around at all either, I just fixed it and sold it 🙏🏻
There’s so many of these cars with blown transmissions on Facebook Marketplace! The search time wasn’t too long, and I found it pretty quick. I took my time with the car because I was juggling other things, but the only real labor/time was a full day to detail the car. The transmission replacement was done by a mechanic!
