That's gotta be the same thing that killed Thetis. Signal doesn't sound Thargoid in origin, just severely garbled human speech. Considering what can be revealed on the spectrogram (literally "Kill them for me"), who knows, maybe universe of Elite Dangerous has an actual god (god of chaos or blood, apparently)
Homicide wouldn’t necessarily be associated with Chaos, though it wouldn’t not be, either. This is something more sinister. This is evil for the sake of evil; rather than saying yes-saying, this is a particular motive whose sole motive is to pervert the good. This is evil without pity; rather, this is truly pure evil. Chaos must be forgiven “for they do not know what they are doing,” and Chaos does not true his true name is Music, and that his occasional caesuras and cacophonous clashes are unnecessary deviations from the courtesy of counterpoint, unexpected harmonies, cadences and ecstasies and accidental symphonies. This, on the other hand, is something most pagans (though without much reason beyond an arbitrary preference for “higher expressions”) would not even tolerate. This one has its eyes set on solely on perverting what it knows to be good.

i bet its just a funny event thing and it wont even be cannon
Thetis is apart of canon, so that doesn't really make sense in my opinion@@lerox89

I will be reuploading this video soon to include the in-game logs, as the log transcripts appear to be separate from the actual audio.
Stay tuned!
