Definitely! I do most workouts barefoot and spend a lot of time barefoot. If it weren’t for some vicious thorns I would walk around our property with bare feet at all times.
I only demonstrated one foot so you could do the exact same sequence for the same amount of time on the other foot! Put them both together and you have a 30-minute massage.
