      As often as you would like but it would be great if you could do it weekly. It is especially helpful after long days of being on your feet or when you are feeling stressed. I find it can be very relaxing before bed too!

    Feet are often neglected and need the most attention. It’s better to take a break from shoes and go barefoot as much as possible. Do you spend a lot of barefoot time at home?

      Definitely! I do most workouts barefoot and spend a lot of time barefoot. If it weren’t for some vicious thorns I would walk around our property with bare feet at all times.

      You have to watch it again to do the other foot!

      I only demonstrated one foot so you could do the exact same sequence for the same amount of time on the other foot! Put them both together and you have a 30-minute massage.
