I'm sorry but I have to say that Kevin is a great annoyance in this "conversation". I can even barely call this a conversation. Because much of what Jeb says seems to fly over Kevin's head. And his replies are basically just a blended version of what Jeb was saying. Then he has nothing left but asking: "What else do you have?". Moreover he is desperately trying to level with Jeb about being around in the sales business long enough to understand a lot about it. While Jeb clearly brings much more valuable things to the table about sales. To make the conversation more interesting a better approach for Kevin I would suggest is really put his ego aside and ask questions to fully understand what Jeb is saying for him personally. I don't care if they might sound silly. It is much more natural to see that Kevin is in the process of understanding the stuff, than playing along with stuff he is simply failing to grasp.
What Jeb tells is actually quite interesting.

If you don't have anything nice to say, you should keep it to yourself. 😏 Focus on the subject of the video!

Hi guys. I would like warn you that you shouldn't ask for example this question "what does it means this decision to your carrer" - if you don't know how to establish bonding or apprioriate rapport Don't Do It because very often you can blow up your chances for sales. If you wanna learn more, you can choose every training program from this website:
