I did this on my 5 month old son... had him swaddled and leaned forward but he still found a way to fight it. He definitely didn’t sit still like this child 😩😭 but it worked thanks for the video.

If he's a baby I just took a deep breath in my baby's mouth and all the mucus shoot out their nose. Onto me yes ,gross ,but it worked and somehow doesn't choke them. Learned this old school trick from my auntie 😁

Yes you can. It’s actually recommended to do it once a day in the summer, twice a day in winter months and 3-5 times a day when they have a cold. For a baby under 6 months old use only 3ml -5ml of the solution each nostril
