Loreen won peoples heart. Cha Cha Cha was designed to win televote, Tattoo was designed to try and win both. She had more then 200 points on the televote too, and her performance atleast had value in vocals, songwriting and staging. it was much much better. Tattoo: more then 500m streams, Cha Cha Cha: 150m streams. So it fucking unfair that normal performances cant win televote, just joke entries, so artists have to make a choice like loreen, and then get backlash. Loreen deserved it. She still got more then 200 points on the televote, and there is only this huge of a backlash because Cha Cha Cha fans are louder.
Yaaaawnn... "Everyone" is displeased , eh? Yet her song is the most streamed on Spotify, out of all Eurovision entries this year 😂 ...and the actual winner of Eurovision 2023 😇 Duncan Lawrence also didn't win the televote, yet "Arcade" became one of the most popular songs of the last decade.
This is the first time I believe it was rigged, just so that ABBAs 50th anniversary could be in Sweden. What a convinient win. Sweden was no ones favorite in the public vote, theys didn´t receive 12 points from any country in the public vote (the statistics don´t lie). Finland got the second highest telvote points in the history of the ESC (beaten only by ukraine). This year was so frustrating.
I wonder why Loreen still had her microphone on at the end after performing ninth in the first part. Did the other acts also have their's on during the points reveal or was it just Loreen because she was the favourite (already decided) to win?
no.. 🤦🏻♀️ her mic stayed on because its tangled in her hair and her body suit it would be difficult to take on and off also she was the only one with a mouth mic and everyone else had a handheld one
She said in interview afterwards that she wanted to go hug Kärijä at this moment. But he had his face in his hands so she didnt. That is just they way she is. Caring for everyone ❤ A true winner😍
Why blame Loreen? Blame the jury if you really need to judge someone. Personally, I think this is the correct winner. The emotions, the power, the voice, everything.
It's not that she couldn't sing, she has amazing voice, it's about the fact how unfear this is, the jury votes, THE FACT THAT SHE HAS FANS, it's not like UK could perform with Harry Styles... (exaggerated example, more like if måneskin would go there next year)
comparing Loreen to Harry Styles is wild. Loreen has fans, just not as much as Noa Kirel, Marco Mengoni, Voyager, Lord of the lost etc. Like Loreen isn't famous
Next year Maneskin coming back to Eurovision... It would be so unfair for other participants especially since, as Loreen, they're known even outside of Europe. However, Loreen Is a great performer (the Song was not bad, but a really "alteady Heard" One)

It's the nature of the beast. Simplicity rules. To win a vote from the public, just make sure you have a simple rhythm that you can jump up and down to and a chorus that involves repeatedly yelling "Fart! Fart! Fart!".
"Cha cha cha" - yes, we heard it, he must have repeated that 200 times in the whole song. Extremely basic and trashy song, like Netta and her chicken song. I'm glad it didn't win! Thank God for the juries, who actually have some musical expertise and taste 😎
I will never understand why eurovision let her participate second time. She has already won and already received her success. This looks like that she a well grown woman came back to take other young artists dream and success. Its not fair. The contest wasnt equal. Very successful artist and common artists were trying to win. Even her expressions didnt show that she was surprised. While walking to the stage she tried to show that she doesnt believe she has won. Truth be told, if the difference between jury votes and public votes weren't so blatant, I think people wouldn't be this pissed off right now. If Sweden had won only by few points, it would've made sense. Now It just looks real fishy when you think about it. I agree. She got 296 jury points for Euphoria on a year that was not anything special - and I think Tattoo is a much less interesting entry than Euphoria. So either 2012 was more packed with gems than I remember or the juries overhyped her this year or the lack of typical pop entries skrewed the jury voting in Loreen's favor.
All the contestants and the public knows how the voting system Works and participation means you have to accept and respect that. Otherwhise, participate in another contest. I don't know, I think it's fair to have Professionals as judges too. Maybe not 50 percent but I think we need to have them. How would the Academy Award look with public tele votes and no jury? Chaotic.
What a pity that neither Mika Newton🇺🇦 nor ABBA🇸🇪 have filed a plagiarism claim against Loreen. How could a jury from so many countries be unaware of ABBA's heritage? I have been thinking for a long time that it is time to exclude the jury from the contest. Finland🇫🇮 is the winner of 2023. Greetings from Ukraine.💙💛
Actually... I think the ABBA heritage is WHY the juries voted for it. Next year is the 50th anniversary of ABBA winning Eurovision. The anniversary being held in Sweden thanks to a song that owes a lot to, of the irony of the title, "The Winner Takes It All" by ABBA? It can't be a more perfect coincidence in Eurovision.
What I find interesting is that the top 3 of the Grand Final is the EXACT same thing as the top 3 in semi final 1, only finland won the semi final because of the 100% televoting. Therefore Semi Final 1 was ICONIC and the BEST

@khaotik_9964We don’t need to cope we won.
But it was obvious right after jury vote. I wont say that she didnt deserve winning. The song was real good and she performed well. This is just not fair to other contestants.
And Messi shouldn't be allowed to patricipate in world cup next time. Noir should any winner of any kind?
So basically people who won the Olympics shouldn't compete again
@@niklasohlsson5473 its different, its not Messi’s participation. Its Argentinas participation. But Sweden cant always use her to win. Imagine her participating 5 years later and winning again. That real not fair. But im not hater. I liked the song and she is a good artist.
@@coolcat302 This is not Idol noir Talent. This is a competition where you put the best against eachother. Can imagening that Loreen lost alot of votes beacause many people share you view that its unfair.
Don’t forget that countries have sent the same people before. I mean Johnny Logan won for Ireland twice. It’s also been 11 years since her last win, I don’t think people voted because of her.
Truth be told, if the difference between jury votes and public votes weren't so blatant, I think people wouldn't be this pissed off right now. If Sweden had won only by few points, it would've made sense. Now It just looks real fishy when you think about it. How convenient it is that next year is Abba's 50th anniversary, and the win came only because of the jury votes. There were really huge discrepancies between the jury votes (and compared to public votes).
