Engines can be warm while the exhaust system is still not fully up to temp and rid of condensation.
Also it's cold there so steam is more visible

More likely an axle that’s loose. It’s not an unusual problem on them when tuning them, especially with the power they are capable of reaching. Easy fix tho, replace the axle

It's the CV-joint. They usually fail if you repeatedly put too much power through them at an angle (flooring the car while steering hard)
