      No problem. From what I’ve seen there’s no reason they can’t ship these internationally quite quickly. My guess is they’ll need to check demand first so there’s not incredibly long lead times, or massive shipping expenses

      @@harrisonmudge Thanks man. I’m now looking for a good pair of casual barefoot shoes that I can wear in the office. Any suggestions?

      @gregaustin8114 if you haven’t already, the RA are still a great smart shoe. If you’re looking for something smart casual then the Geo Court 3.
      The Gobi is also nice if you fancy a boot.
      There’s also the Primus asana. I haven’t worn those before but they do look nice

    • @gregaustin8114

      @@harrisonmudge Would you say that the geocourt fit like the Primus lite? It’s always hard to know what will fit with this company.

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  3 месяца назад +1

      @@gregaustin8114 I'd say close but not exactly the same. The Geo Court in my opinion is slightly wider in the mid foot to heel compared to the Primus Lite. The Prumus Lite can have a bit more length for the toes and maybe a smidge extra width but they are quite similar so I'd expect if the Geo Court fits then the Primus Lite will and Visa versa.

      Yeah that’s something that’s been talked about. Not sure if it’s only for internal so won’t give exact numbers but we’ve been presented with a price point and asked for feedback.
      It tough though as right now it’s ’just a shoe’. Yes 3D printed and custom fit but I think there’s an experience element that’s needed (and I think will come) we’re just testing the product right now and have limited choice on certain aspects. Eg everyone is getting 1 colour. In my opinion I think when this is truly bespoke and fully customisable then its respective price tag will be worth it. Right now it’s quite easy to see it as just an expensive pair of trainers when they’re so much more than that.
      Some people don’t like the price of Vivos shoes as they are but when they’re comparing them to a pair of £30 ones you can get from primark then they’re just never going to be a customer anyway.

    I'm not sure why it's taken a project in bespoke shoemaking for Vivo to realise that some of us have wide feet.

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  5 месяцев назад +2

      😂 couldn’t agree more! I think the real issue is no shoe manufacturer wants to make 3, 5 even 10 variants of each size. Too many skews for it to be worth their time if people are willing to stuff their feet in a shoe no matter what

    • @GrowInTheDark
      @GrowInTheDark 4 месяца назад

      Yes their shoes are generally still too long and slim. Not footshaped enough!

    Hi Harrison, just curious whwt your height is? I wear size 13 uk shoes but im also 6'5 (197cm).

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  5 месяцев назад +1

      Im about 6’ 3 ish, so 193cm I think that is.
      I used wear UK 13 in Nike and other brands. When I got in to Vivos my feet spread out for sure so definitely went up a size in traditional shoes. That caused me to have to change all my shoes to barefoot shoes fairly quickly 🙈

    Same slopped and shallow toebox Vivos are known for. Murder for the outer toes and very little space to move them vertically. Plus it makes the shoes look weird like duck bills.
    What's the point of custom shoes if they're the exact same last with the same issues? An expensive gimmick from what I've seen so far.

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  6 месяцев назад

      Not sure what you mean here. Are you referencing the outer toes and where they are in the shoe? And for the 'vertical' space do you literally mean room to come off the bottom of the sole?

    • @GrowInTheDark
      @GrowInTheDark 4 месяца назад

      He's saying they make the slope too steep, cutting into space for the toes. Should make it more rounded. And more space above the toes so the toes can actually stretch upwards within the shoe.
