Really good insights Samson. Seems like we all need that refocus from time to time. When I initially opened up my pre owned store the sales in my first eBay store suffered but between the two stores I was making exactly the same amount in sales as I was with one store 🤷🏻♂️. I ended up doing a time table for my week, loosely based around specific days for sourcing, photographing, listing etc as opposed to getting all of the tasks done every day. Your video on how you structure your week helped massively with that. I’ll have to check out the file exchange. I just list like a crazy person as fast as possible with the bear minimum of item specifics first thing in the morning to take advantage of the new listing boost, then in the evening I flick thru my listings and add specifics which I find requires zero brain power lol. Gary Vee inspired that - get stuff out there and listed and worry about perfection later. I take the quickest dirtiest snapshots and don’t even edit them at first, just so I have a live listing up. Often I’ve actually sold the item BEFORE I’ve even managed to go back to the listing and polish it up with photo editing, item specifics etc. Thanks for the inspiration as ever 👍
I think niche is the way to go then you can get into a rhythm and set up systems for cleaning, photo's and listing rather than chopping and changing due to different types of items, I have just done this with my now media only store and that change has taken me from listing 100 items a week to over 500 items a week, keep up the good work.
Cheers Ken, I 100% agree. I have written out my whole process for listing clothing items. Only by niching down have I been able to do this. Now all I have to do is get quicker at it & optimize my processes.

I have around 180 active items but I have probably over 200+ inventory just sitting since I source way too much and list way to little. Another reseller I watch recently said to keep SLOB in check (sourcing, listing, organization, and book-keeping). I am great at keeping sourcing and bookkeeping in order but organization and listing is my weakness. I think clearing my room into a more organized way can help (i am gonna do the bin system that is behind you).

My store is new so having those positive feedbacks are so crucial. But so far, 70% of the buyers have not left a feedback for me. I sent an email out 2 weeks ago regarding leaving a feedback only got 2 of them replying to my message. Do you see this as a problem for new sellers and how do you deal with such issue? A video on this would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi mate, thanks for watching my video. Unfortunately, I haven't found an effective method of getting buyers to leave more feedback. Expect to receive a feedback from around 20-25% of your buyers. I don't recommend asking them to leave positive feedback as this can annoy buyers. My best advice would be to purchase many low-cost items or things you would otherwise need on eBay in order to raise your feedback score.

He once explained that after 3 months your listing won't get promoted like usual and it will be put in the lower section of the ebay page. By ending and relisting after 3 months you basically "create" a new listing, because ebay gives your listing a new number and treats it like a new one. I tried this to last december when I first heard it from him and it really worked. 3 items I had at the time that were laying around for 6 months all sold within a day thanks to that.

Yeah its funny, the overall quality of my listings (completeness of description, photos etc.), has probably gone down a bit. But sales are way up!

Good question, I actually have been buying a lot from UK based clothing wholesalers recently. They are easy to find on Instagram.
