I was just thinking how these 2 groups filed permits on the same day and the same time. Then the one dude said they didn't know they were going to be there. Instead of saying something like "oh that's okay. Mistakes happen." She gets up in his face and tries to bully him further...even after he said they'd move on.
Back in my day, you had to file a request to protest. You had to summit a route you were taking and times. So that extra officers can be called in to handle traffic and such. Note-didn't see any cops or street barricades.

If you're calm and controlled they will think they are right because you didn't defend yourself, that makes them feel superior and good about themselves, and will share their victory. This popped up for me again and the fact that people don’t yet realize that they cannot hurt nor start getting angry on people who support cops. I get it, a guy got killed by cops but that doesn’t mean that all the cops are the same. As a black person, I found it ridiculously that people went out of their homes just to protest and make things worse because they think that “ALL” the cops became racists.
There are good cops and there are bad cops. There’s always gonna be trouble, chaos, violence, and racism. But that doesn’t mean we should go and cause chaos ourselves as well. Black people made good history because they let themselves get beaten up instead of fighting back. They showed people that they were not the ones causing violence or madness, but instead the PEOPLE were. It went on showing that Americans were on the wrong and they are the ones causing the violence on other human beings, and that’s how history was made.
