WoW! We have one of these in the Wellness Lounge I work in…. Thanks for introducing this .. I was hoping you would mention its effect on hips. I do enjoy 10-15 minutes on it… feels like I’ve has a massage or did yoga!
I love my Sun Ancon Chi Machine - I've used it for years ... and I love my chiropractor, too. No reason why you can utilize both. Also, I use it on top of a massage table with the machine placed on top of a sturdy board (a lot easier than trying to get down on the floor to use it). And as others have stated, the handle should be facing outwards.
I didn’t know that. I’ve had mine for a few years and always forgot to use it. Just a week ago I finally pulled it out and started using it. I’ve got fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis among back issues. Really hoping it helps me to start feeling a bit better and have more energy. My best friend has had the Sun Ancon Chi machine for years and swears by it. He was in a bad accident years ago and wasn’t supposed to walk or talk ever again. Did tons of therapy and had been using one of these for years. One of best guys I’ve met. Been friends for years now
could you use this in bed? I have a hard time getting down on the floor and even harder time to get back up. Would a rebounder with a handle to hold on to be a better buy for a 68 year old with cervical and lumbar injuries/degeneration.
Better call Saul
yes
That’s what turned me onto it !😂
I remember it being in breaking bad, was it in better call saul too?
I was put in one of these machines by a therapist in Mexico for sciatica. He cured me, but it was a series of various treatments
Thanks for letting us know!!

There's one in a charity shop for £10 so I'm almost tempted.
I just bought one I am watching this video while watching it
You should buy right now. Everyone watching the last season of Better Call Saul is searching for it.
@@spiffer60 How has the machine helped you? What have been the pros vs. cons?
Just bought mine from the thrift store for $10.00 and am so glad I did, I love it.
My brother got one for $15nzd at a charity shop
Gave it to me
Win win
What if I do it for an hour?
Did you try it?
i do not recommend that, 15 minutes , that's my opinion

Oh and never use with your shoes on.
you have the machine totally backwards! The handle should go AWAY from your bod.

If you use it on your bed you have to put it on something flat and sturdy. Not directly on your bed.
@Dual IAm are you sure that will work in a bed. I'm trying to get my Grandma off the floor
I read somewhere they used these in some hospitals in Japan on patients unable to get out of bed.
If you get injured from this, better call saul!
LOL! Right!
Does it make noise or it’s silent?
Very quiet
It sounds like a bread machine
Can I use chi machine on bed?
no
YOURE USING THE MACHINE WRONG THE ARROW FACES YOU AND THE HSNDLE GOES OUTWARDS!!
Thanks for letting us know!!
You have machine turned the wrong way. The handle goes other way. And, you need to lay flat, no pillow.
Now, you are ready to review.
Wrong.
yeh
My back hurts every time I use this.
This machine is a knockoff of the Ancon chi machine which has been around for 30 yrs. or
more. This machine you are using is a joke.
I've used both, same result.
Thanks for sharing! We hadn't heard of that one, we will look it up!
