I work in a airport he missed out the security questions for hold baggage, all airport staff are required to ask this. If you don’t the bag should not travel it’s part of the CAA requirement. He needs to be retrained

I hate when passengers pack 7kgs over their hand carry luggage it's so annoying watching them take forever repacking their luggage in front of the counter.
Imagine doing this job : have to say the same thing a 1000 times a day whil having a big smile on your face...just OMG
I think i would burn out mentally if I wasn’t earning enough money for doing such a thing like that
