World Assembly | General Principles 2009. Audio in Spanish.

On March 10, 2009 at the I World Student Assembly in Rionegro, Ant (COL), the text "General Principles" was chosen, contributed by the representative of the United Kingdom - Colombia delegation, Alexander Ferms, where the foundations were established for the birth of the World Organization of Students - WOS and the projection of a superior international, social and political document: The World Student Constitution.

El 10 de marzo de 2009 en la I Asamblea Mundial de Estudiantes en Rionegro, Ant (COL), se elige el texto "Principios Generales" (General Principles), aportado por el representante de la delegación del Reino Unido - Colombia, Alexander Ferms, donde se establecieron las bases para el nacimiento de la Organización Mundial de Estudiantes - OME y la proyección de un documento internacional, social y político superior: La Constitución Estudiantil Mundial (World Student Constitution).
