Proclamation of the Student Ideology on March 10, 2009, with the participation of delegations from 14 countries during the second day of the World Assembly in the city of Rionegro, Antioquia - Colombia.
The text chosen unanimously was proposed by the delegation of Colombia-United Kingdom on behalf of Alexander Ferms, student of Chemical Engineering at the University of Antioquia-Colombia, elected President of the WOS on March 9 during the first day of the World Assembly.
