  • Aloo Tikki Chaat
    Prep Time: 20-25 mins
    Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
    Ingredients:
    . For Tikki:
    - Boiled Potato (4-5)
    - ⁠Salt (to taste)
    - ⁠Corn-flour (2-3 spoons)
    - ⁠Jeera (1/2 tsp)
    2. Tikki Filling
    - Moong Daal Mixture
    - ⁠chopped green chilli
    - ⁠chopped ginger
    - ⁠chilli powder (1/2 tbsp)
    - ⁠sugar / gud (1/2 tbsp)
    - ⁠chaat masala (1/2 tbsp)
    3. Ghee for frying
    4. Imli chutney (sweet )
    5. Green Chutney (coriander / mint chutney)
    6. Chaat dahi (yogurt)
    - thick curd
    - ⁠black salt (1/2 tbsp)
    - ⁠sugar powder (1/2 tbsp)
    - ⁠chaat masala (1/2 tbsp)
    7. For Garnish:
    - Chopped Onion
    - ⁠Chopped Coriander (dhaniya)
    - ⁠Grated Carrot
    - ⁠Grated ginger
    Method:
    - Boil the potato and grate them when cold. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside
    - ⁠Now in a pan add some ghee and add chopped chilli and ginger. Once flavoured, add the moond daal and add rest of the masala and keep aside till it cools.
    - ⁠Now make tikki bowl and fill half spoon of moong mixture in the tikki and shallow fry them on a skillet / tawa
    - ⁠once brown turn it to another side and cook it on medium to low heat.
    - ⁠Once brown, take them out and serve hot with chutney and garnish.
    You have your aloo-tikki ready !
