Mushroom Fried Rice | Indo-Chinese Mushroom Veg Fried Rice Recipe
Mushroom Fried Rice
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 8-10 min
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Mushroom ( Button + Oyster or any other mushroom you like)
- 1/2 Bell Pepper (Red + Yellow + Green )
- 1 Carrot (Medium Size
- 2-3 Onion Leaf
- 4/5 green beans
- 2-3 green fresh chilli
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1 sp butter
- 1/2 sp neutral oil
- 1 sp chopped garlic
- Boiled Basmati Rice (1 cup per person)
For flavors:
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- White Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Red Chili Powder (for flavors)
- Red Chili Sauce
- Vinegar
- Green Chili Sauce
Method:
- Heat the wok and grease is with butter and some oil.
- Flavor the oil with chopped garlic. Now add mushrooms to it and season it for 2-3 mins.
