What is your favorite feature of an adventure van compared to a touring coach? In-person events, campouts, and Zoom call info posted at www.GoSmallLiveLarge.com. Thanks for wathcing Visit www.OffHighwayVan for details on their van builds, van lifts, and van gear.
Nicely done adventure van, I like that they offer the Laveo as an option. Cool shower too. It looks way more functional than some of the hideaway showers I've seen.
Beautiful. The openness is nice. The esthetics are spot on. Best about adventure is that it is built to go off grid. It is difficult for me to get to some places unless I have an adventure van. Nothing like driving up to the bank of a lake and fishing. No propane is awesome. This van has a beautiful, yet utilitarian use. Wonderful.
Great van tour. Looks like a well built and equipped adventure van. Not a fan of the bathroom/shower but it does save a lot of space. Love our Off Highway Van lift!
The van has a lot of storage space for things and toys in the back. The no propane is good. I still like to have a black tank. If they could add about 9 inches to add a toilet in the shower area that would be great for my size. Thanks for the video about Off Highway Van.
It's a good looking van and I'm glad the industry is going more modern instead of staying stuck in the 60s and 70s but all of the fabric on the walls and cushions is a dealbreaker for me. I live in a very damp climate the that would mold here. If they put a laminate on the walls and ceiling, and marine vinyl on the cushions then adding the closed bathroom model would be pretty groovy. When I was looking at the light fabric on the walls and the fabric chair next to the cooktop I was thinking of all of the cooking smells that would soak in. It's not always warm enough to cook outside and sometimes it's too hot to cook outside. Is that fabric Scotchgarde treated?
Steven, did you have an issue with your front axle assembly on your Promaster? I had to have a new left front axle assembly replaced at 11,217 miles. My van was lifted and the warranty didn't cover the repair.
Scott you do a great job with these videos and I appreciate that you have to stay neutral since you represent the entire industry. But You could be such a great resource to more critically review some of these companies, I am hoping someday you are in a position to comment on price/value, build quality, etc to help us make buying/research decisions. I would love to know how you think this van compares to an Embassy for example as they seem to have similar approaches to heating, but very different re. Solar and air conditioning. There are SO many of these companies it would be really helpful to narrow down the list based on your expertise.
Beautiful van! Wood grain cabinets are gorgeous with the floor. I don’t like the café seating and would ask for storage with drawers on one side and maybe a desk on the other so two people can work. Not a fan of Mercedes.
Imagine trying to sell a small brand van you paid $220k for new and find out the market will give you $90k two or three years later. It’s not like selling a travato…

the travato would be so much better without propane with a reliable system of heat and hot water that use the fuel tank of the van...
Thx Simi Gee
Great van build Thanks Scott for sharing
Thanks for watching
Very nice, open build. I like that there's a lot of counter area and seating. It really would be easy to live full-time in this van!
I totally agree!
Thanks, Scott!
You're welcome Don
Awesome van for full time actually!
Right on

so far no problems noted but I only have about 7000 miles on the van... what problem did you note when your DV axle went bad?
