Few rules you missed, just to help out in future: No flying on this battleplan with the squall, so I don't think Sev could do his turn 1 shenanigans Sev heroic recovery doesn't heal him it just removes disease instead, only once disease is gone can you heal wounds When enlightner casts speed, you need to pick a unit before rolling the 3+ to get another Orghots can only issue commands to mortals (not sure if you played this wrong but many do!)
Good catches! It was a new battle plan for me as it’s usually not seen in a GT tournament setting. Luckily, we rolled a 6 for BR 2 to dissipate the squall ;) it was alittle late but covered our tracks here on the long run. Disease units can heal 1 wounds or disease and if you roll high enough you can mix it between disease and wounds. At least that’s per wahapedia. Thank you for the speed check. I’m usually on top of that. And I had no idea about Mr Orgots but I think David never used a command from him on a demon to my knowledge. Thanks for watching my friend :)
Completed surprised. The list did take an L in his first 5 matches. So he had to do the top cut recovery rounds. So it isn’t without its flaws. I still think Teclis is not in a great place for the GHB but that guy proved otherwise. Getting past null myriad OBR and khorne which are rather horrid matchups. He was a brilliant general and I’m sure that list takes a lot of brain to get just right. For me? I’m Senthoi build all the way and don’t foresee teclis in my future.
This battle report had a quicker pace, there seemed to be less connective dialog between cuts, less "okay folks so now we're going to the battleshock phase." As an enfranchised player who can follow the action, I enjoyed this experience!

I think that the Blightkrieg ability not only allows Glottkin itself to charge, but it can take one nearby (can't remember range) unit and sling them to charge in opponent charge phase. It's great to for example prevent someone charging a key unit, by slinging a bunch of nurglings into them ;)
In case it's not been mentioned: For Frigid Zephyr, while the squall's in effect, units can't fly. So Sevireth wouldn't have been able to fly over units.
Thanks brothaa! Yes we realized that later. Tragic misstep but luckily we rolled the zypher away immediately. New mission for me and not widely used at the GTs. It came into true practice for the TTS tournament when I faced this list. David just had the models and was willing to give me a practice game beforehand.

I LOVE the 3” range of my spears supporting my bladelords from behind. I rarely screen out in any of my matches unless I’m facing Ironjaws or something that can reliable turn one pin me in or obliterate me in melee. Bladelords provide a thick rock from which a wave can crash upon. Usually when we counter punch I will eliminate whomever charged the blades supported by spears. Allowing me to spend turns rallying any bladelords that fell previously. They are closely monitored by Ellania and eltharion as well so it’s really a huge risk to take splashing into my reinforced line. 😊 ⚔️

I’d love to see him take this list against a zombie Legion of the Night build. I always struggle with my Lumineth into them, so would be good to see a top LRL player and how he would go about it.

so uhh, what happened to the glottkin? last we saw he was on two wounds and then eltharion got stomped, and then it cut away and for sevireth and then on the cut back he was gone
He died in combat lol. We had to cut a few activations because one of our microphones was acting up. It was heavily implied that he was super dead when he got triple charged with 1 wound left :)
I didn't have any command points available d/t total eclipse :( I had one command point which is effectively 0 and orghotts free command can only go to a mortal. Glottkin has to be the one to order the command blightkrieg
My hatred of Aelves is purely theatrical, but if I *did* have to kill them for some reason, it would be very easy. I would cheer for the Nurgle army assembled against them, and the Befouling Host would be compelled to win, confident in their superior strength and endurance from all the diseases they carry around at all times. At least the Lumineth aren't using their obnoxious 30 inch MW output units, but he did use Zaitrec, so I guess I still have to hate him. :P The weight of the ward! Damn. Also, commenter curse, I'm sure. A thousand curses on the Aelves! Good match, gentlemen. I'll meet you at the next battlefield.
Question: Why so many attacks at 26:51? The units should not be able to hit with 2 inch range should they? Is there a special lumineth rule i dont know of?
Bladelords oddly enough have a 2” range. Which most other units that fit the same description have 1” like Vanquishers. If you use flurry you can get 1-2 extra attacks on top of the base 2 depending on how many models are in the target unit.
Would like to know if there is a tutorial somewhere for those lumineth ? Searching a similar paint scheme but will modify to make a night/moon theme army :)

With bilepiper the enemy unit is still in Combat in enemy Turn and cant even Hit the Guy in 1 Inch. So If He Had pulled the first plaguebearer its the Same you can either Retreat or do nothing granted that you took Out the pilepiper super quick. My Buddy Runs one in a simular list and than summons a second one.

If a model is in combat, it can only shoot models that are within 3 inches. The GUO was able to take a command from the Glottkin to charge at the end of the enemy movement phase "Blightkrieg" so Serverith was only eligible to shoot the GUO.
Thanks for pointing that out! Can you ping where that took place? Because I definitely know he can only do it on the normal moves in movement and shooting phase. I’d like to catch my mistake.

You should read the faq as follows: Can a unit use an ability to pass non-negatable mortal wounds to a different unit? No. Bodyguard of slaves (like Seraphon) is different from that of bladelords (like Ossiarch's), but they are still examples of skills that pass wounds. Apologies for my bad English.😅

When I first started playing age of sigmar with the lumineth realm lords, I bought dominion to start and my gf got the stormcast, I liked the orruks but too evil, so I started buying lumineth. My gf told me there was a bunch of hate towards sentinels, and I noticed noone plays them very much. Why? Edit. They don't seem to hit too hard, did they change?
30 sentinels is 29 attacks, 30 inch range, mortals on 5s. They do work, but can't snipe heroes like they used to. They also used to ignore line of site restrictions. They have slightly gone up in points, but still very good in certain builds
Great Game. Great Players. Like the way you do battle reports a lot. The music is to over the top to me, though. I can't listen to epic battle music for an hour straight, while people to roll dice. Personally I'd love to it toned down a bit. Keep them coming, guys
We use ducking to reduce the sound of music 62%, so a trick is to turn the volume down slightly and you should only hear our voices. The main reason for background music (aside from immersion of course) is to dampen the echo of our studio ( vaulted ceilings) and reduce background noise. Our content is always evolving, so we will take your feedback into consideration. Using flurry of blows each bladelord had 3 attacks (+1 for leader).. must have been 6 in range for 18+1 attacks

We had a break in there where eltharion ward and activation was missed but he slew the glotkin that was on his last wound.

hi stupid question probably but why does jarod get so many attacks at 26:50 when it seems like only a few models can hit that unit?
Flurry of blows is a blade lord ability. He gets 2 extra attacks with each one in range because of my unit size

Yes indeed :) the wounds are not negated. They are just forced to be transferred to the bodyguard on a 2+. No negation is taking place.

Sevireth does d3 damage on shooting…didnt See a dice roll..just 3 dmg on 3 wounds…bilepiper would be Dead i think 😮

Realm Lords have Lightning fast reflexes and can activate 2 units instead of 1 in the combat phase

When I first started playing age of sigmar with the lumineth realm lords, I bought dominion to start and my gf got the stormcast, I liked the orruks but too evil, so I started buying lumineth. My gf told me there was a bunch of hate towards sentinels, and I noticed noone plays them very much. Why?
Edit. They don't seem to hit too hard, did they change?
30 sentinels is 29 attacks, 30 inch range, mortals on 5s. They do work, but can't snipe heroes like they used to. They also used to ignore line of site restrictions. They have slightly gone up in points, but still very good in certain builds

Like the way you do battle reports a lot.
The music is to over the top to me, though. I can't listen to epic battle music for an hour straight, while people to roll dice. Personally I'd love to it toned down a bit.

We use ducking to reduce the sound of music 62%, so a trick is to turn the volume down slightly and you should only hear our voices. The main reason for background music (aside from immersion of course) is to dampen the echo of our studio ( vaulted ceilings) and reduce background noise. Our content is always evolving, so we will take your feedback into consideration.
