I thought the only “Vanilla” Blaze players left were myself and a friend I have on PSN. Watching your videos reminded me of BadMoon. You’re definitely top tier! Blaze requires skill and style to perform at a high level-which you demonstrate beautifully. I hope to see more uploads with Blaze from you.
How balanced would you say this game is after playing it multiple times? Me personally, I would say the abundance of enemies/bosses with super armor in their moves is legit absurd and makes it seem like the developers are compensating for difficulty and interesting design by just giving you another excuse not to engage with them or just spam your defensive over-and-over until you have no more health left. The lack of hit-stun in patch V08 makes it incredibly difficult to do consistent combos without dropping them. That really ruins the fun of the game along with most blitz moves being not safe to use as well as enemies being able to anti-air you because of their bigger hitboxes.

The Mania challenge is suitable for v5, but it requires a lot of practice because getting a high score in v5 is actually very difficult.🥲
