  • Who loves pistachio’s? I do! And these macarons are packed with lots and lots of pistachio flavour as they are made with 100% pistachio’s - no almond meal, what most macarons are made of. And even better - they don’t have to rest before you bake them, so they’re super easy & fast to whip up! I hope your like this recipe & video… Enjoy!

    RECIPES USED IN THIS VIDEO:
    SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM: • 4-Ingredient Swiss Mer...
    RECIPE QUANTITIES:
    125gr/4.4oz unsalted pistachio nuts
    125gr/4.4oz powdered sugar
    90ml/3fl.oz eggwhites (roomtemperature)
    125gr/4.4oz caster sugar
    100gr/3.5oz buttercream (recipe above)
    Heaped ½ tablespoon pistachio paste
    Bake at 150°C/300°F (preheated) for app. 18 minutes

    I make youre macarons today but the recipie is not good for me my macarons are hard and a hole inside wath did i wrong

      Hmmm, it sounds like it's baked too long at the top and did not bake even at the bottom. What kind of oven setting did you use? And on what did you bake the macarons - silicon mat/parchment etc.?

      @@TheCakeBakeBoutique no i bake it on a bakingpaper and i bake it 18 min just wat you say

      @@dinaxxx6276 And what oven setting? Every oven is different - even with baking cakes 😊. Try using an oven thermometer to see if your oven temperature is really 150°C and you could try placing an empty baking sheet in the top rack of the oven and bake the macarons in the middle of the oven.
      Hard macarons mean they're overbaked. If you don't have an extra baking sheet - try decreasing the temperature or baking time.
      As to the hole in the middle - this has to do with the folding technique. Macarons can be very tricky, practise is key and watch for that ribbon stage. Check it every few turns to risk overmixing the batter.
