releasing this game just shows us how bad SNK was during that time.... I admire SNK trying to revive their forgotten IP and enjoy their games which were made recently, but this SVC definitely is an unfinished failure. Even NEOGEO battle coliseum is much much better than this game. I wish they at least polished and balanced SVC CHAOS more(do some update) before they reissued it.....

While it appeared on the NEOGEO which was a SNK console, that game was made by Technos Japan and they also released it on PlayStation and that version was available on the PlayStation Store for download to the PlayStation 3. I am not certain if you can still get there. But SNK has no control over that, and Arc System Works has most of the current rights to Double Dragon as well as River City. You would need to request it from Arc System Works.
They really did Dictator dirty in this game sadly. SVC is easily his worst version. which is saying a lot considering that he's mediocre at best in Alpha and downright bad in the Marvel/Capcom crossovers. On the other hand, SVC Geese is probably the most fun version ever, even when you don't use his broken stuff. The NGBC Geese was such a downgrade compared to this version.
In Death Battle, M. Bison lost to Shao Khan and Geese Howard lost to Heihachi Mishima! Even Akuma was no match for Shao Khan, but He did beat Shang Tsung!

@oniadrian depends on the infinite and the setup. Certain ones can lock your next character when they get swapped in MvC2.
