I am a doctor in Chandigarh I have an Icu under me in Zirakpur a sub urb near Chandigarh as soon as you leave Chandigarh and enter Zirakpur u see acstark difference in driving manners and traffic violations as Chandigarh has a very strict policy on traffic rules either cctv monitoring on every roads and traffic signals so no body dares to break the rule whereas as u enter Zirakpur same people go haywire. The long and short of this is people around the the world are the same it is the administration and the law which makes us more humane.

Pakistan people focus on milaga and load, if you export indian bikes to Pakistan they will not accept becouse of design and milage. Indian bikes milage is less and designs are such that Only two people can sit. That is not suitable in pakistan and companies tried semi high-end and above 100 CC bikes in pakistan and it failed
