This was a request for Alex Cisneros who asked me back in December to record it and reminded me yesterday ! So better late than never.. Hope you like it Alex !
"My Way" is a song popularized in 1969 by Frank Sinatra set to the music of the French song "Comme d'habitude" composed and written by French songwriters Claude François and Jacques Revaux, performed in 1967 by Claude François. Its English lyrics were written by Paul Anka and are unrelated to the original French song.
The song was a success for a variety of performers including Sinatra, Jocelyne, Elvis Presley, and Sid Vicious. Sinatra's version of "My Way" spent 75 weeks in the UK Top 40, which is 2nd place all-time.
Played on my Alan Brason custom Stratocaster fitted with Kinman FV-HMS pickups on mid position. Through an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP Patch 0-36. Sound recorded in Cubase SX6 and edited with the three 4K Video takes in Sony Vegas Pro 14.

Ahhhh . who doesn't love Frank? I have three all-time favourite songs that never slip out of my BOB list. (Best Of Best). One of those is 'It was a very good year' by the master. 'My way' has never quite made it into BOB, but your version is great. Very sensitive playing. Made my evening. Cheers.

Not any great Sinatra fan but one I do like is All The Way .This now is probably his best known and Paul Anka must have made his pension on the lyrics .
It`s a classic song and a standard Phil and really a must play for all you guys . Again you give us your best .Clean sounding notes played to perfection .The sign of a good artist whether it be musical ,golf ,football they make it look easy . You do as well and I know it`s not as I`ve tried it and gave up !
