Yeah always a bummer to miss a hit, especially in a low end retail box like this that doesn’t offer much else. At least the Wemby parallel kept it from being a total loss!

There’s not a lot in that specific price point - you can either spend less and get some retail products, or you can spend a little more to get a hobby box. Recon and Elite are decent options in the low to mid $200s

Yeah Contenders retail is always one of the worst products every year. I don’t think I’ve ever pulled a numbered card and I’ve been ripping this stuff since 2018-19 haha
