I'm fifteen years old and I hate failure, even at small things. In addition, sign 1 and 5 both hit for me. I'm not necessarily a rude person, but I know I could be kinder; yet at the same time, I feel bad when I let someone down. By the way, Pierre, this is the first time I'm commenting on a video in a while. I've been watching your content since I was 13, man. Your content is incredible, especially for teenagers like me. We go thru struggles but you let us know it's never the end. I'll try not to let failure get me down anymore. Thx again Pierre
Hey Pierre, love this video. This reminded me of this: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.“ Galatians 5:22-23 Self-control is definitely a hard thing to master but is definitely worth the effort for ourselves and for others 🙏🏽
Sign 4 really gets me down. I struggle a lot with failure. Sometimes I'm so scared of failing that I don't even try. Recently I've really been working on sign 5, so I'm proud of myself for that.
Totally get that failure is a crushing feeling, but the outcome is rewarding. It either sets you on the right path or leaves you with a lesson. Regardless, it’s what you need to grow and develop as a person.
I think you forgot something, and it is to not care what other people think about you. I personally struggle with acne for a few years now, which is my biggest insecurity and I'm very self conscious about it. Although I keep trying new things that will help me to get rid of it or at least reduce it, I also try to just accept it and live with it. I think this is another sign of mental toughness.
i am full aware that i am bad at something and someone says "your so bad at this. go back to playing with barbies" or something like that. i actaully feel quite hurt even though i know it should affect me. im not sure how i can change this but this affects me a lot
The two things is struggle doing the most are letting other people down and accepting failure because when people are giving me advice I apply it simply because they are older than me so they are more experienced and letting other people down just doesn't feel right lastly failure scares me the most because it stops me from reaching my goals and my dreams
I do most of these but accepting failure is a hard thing i do it breaks me and it feels like i didnt do good enough but im trying to grow from it and be a better person
Bro is a real motivator I thought this was a body building channel but still I’m not pushing down his value or anything if anything this is better he even popped up in a short and told me to get off appreciate it man I didn’t even know how far I scrolled 😅
Sign 4: Accepting Failure I love losing. Am I weird though? Before you wonder, no, I don't just give up. I try to win, but losing, too, is such an amazing feeling. If you want to learn and improve yourself, you must know how to take lessons from every loss. When you win, you are blinded by the success, thinking that you will continue winning if you just do the same thing again. But when you meet failure, you can see where you went wrong, what fields need improvement. Basically, a failure is a test you need to go through in order to become a stronger person. Losing an argument, a sports match, a business competition, someone you love... all these losses teach us lessons we can't learn otherwise. Do YOU love losing? No? Then learn to take losing easy. Learn tolerating it. Take your time to think and analyse what happened: what did you do wrong? If you learn to see your mistakes ahead of everything else (and before seeing others' mistakes) and then try and fix it, you will start to love the feeling of losing. Maybe I won't be so weird then. 😁
Hey pierre, I have discovered that i really lack the ability of self control. Could you make a video on how can one increase their self control. Also please try to provide further sources. Cheers.
Hi bro I'm new on your RUclips channel i really love those kind of video i really need them bc I'm going through a break up right now don't know how to handle it
For me its definitely the 5th one. I hate letting people down. Btw I am suffering through trauma at my school(7th grade) where a group of boys dont let me do my work peacefully,I havent shared this but now matters are really getting worse with me ending up in waves of depression. I am open advice and suggestions and am gonna choose what is best for me. Peace
failure annoys me and honestly makes me want to quit but i dont cause my brother gon call me a lil bitch if do, so i always have to annoy him by doing it but hes more proud then annoyed
Sign 5: Being OK with letting people down Have you ever faced a dilemma where either you had to give up on something you love or want to make others close to you happy or keep it to yourself and let them be sad? Such a tough choice, if you're not an egoist that is. Imagine a situation, where you and your closest friend/loved person have to compete for a shared goal. Either you lose your dreams to be the greatest or your friend has to lose his chance of a successful career. Will you crush his efforts to rise up or pursue another path and let him win while giving up on your dream? Which one is right? Too many questions, too little answers... What is the correct answer though? You have other chances, but should you give up your biggest chance of success for a friend's only chance? I don't know. Think about it. Well, let's make it worse for you. Let's say you aim to become a pro sportsman. Either you give up and kiss your chance of becoming a pro sportsman goodbye for good or you win and crush your friend's chance. Will you leave your life in shambles for the sake of your opponent? Or will you rise up and bear the look on your beloved friend's teary and agonizing face when he is kneeling just in front of you and crying out loud, while the thought of ruining his whole life dawns on you. Your choice. The correct answer is... you guessed it. It will be hard, but you mustn't give yourself up completely. If you can't live a good life to see that other person rise up, then what is the point of even letting him rise? In my opinion, this trait is by far the hardest one to have because it comes with most sacrifices. But if you know how to do it - helping people including yourself and not missing out - you are indeed a strong person. Have a good one. Tchuss 👋
Comment how many of these resonate with you and share this video with someone that inspires you to be mentally stronger.

There is no success without failure. There is none. Impossible. It’s completely ok to fail

I definitely need to work on the 3rd and the 5th sign. Being only fifteen I know I have much more room to grow in all of these areas.
That’s the thing, if you’re young you got time to learn and change. Even for me at 22. So good on you for acknowledging that
