I have met and talked with him in person, telling of my earliest meaningful cinematic experience as a child, at a drive-in movie theater, watching a film in which he starred and which I never forgot. I found him to be a most gracious, kind person, and a great listener, in addition to being a wonderful actor.

Gregory Peck was a brilliant Actor. He always gave powerful performances which captured the innate essence of the characters he portrayed. I will never forget his mesmerising portrayal of Captain Ahab, his performance as the Lawyer in the Atticus film, and the lawyer in the riveting film, Cape Fear. Deeply sad for him to lose his son Jonathon in 1975 who took his own life. I always loved watching Peck's performances on screen.

My family last name is "Peck". My brother and sister-in-law have a son who they named Gregory. If someone asks me if I'm related to Gregory Peck I say that I'm his uncle. They look at me kind of funny, and then I have to tell them why.

This is an amazing tribute to a great actor. Unfortunately the narrator did not have a knowledgeable grasp on pronunciation and sequence of some of the material that would have made the production smooth and enjoyable. Still it was a memorable presentation.

The mother of his three sons, the woman who supported him at the beginning of his career and who turned a blind eye to his affair with Ingrid Bergman and the rumors regarding Ava Gardner. All of this must, in some way have had an effect on his sons especially as Sunday family afternoons at Peck's house were discontinued by the second Mrs. Peck. Gregory Peck was a fine actor, but like the rest of us humans somewhat flawed.
