Should not need a permit in all 50 states. At the time of our founding there were no laws saying we need a permit and must carry concealed. Many states you don't need a permit. That should be the way it is when you travel. No permit required!!
Where did you get that conceal carry part from. Kentucky, 15th State in 1792 State Constution prohibits conceal carry. Didn't read conceal carry in the 2nd Amendment either. So please let me know where you read that. I really would like to read that document also.

Reciprocity laws are needed. Nation wide carry laws without being vetted is not. But this bill is written very deceptively so it only requires a state issued id and photo and any proof of address. It does not address the status of people. Any outsider can be covered by this bill. And dem state can begin issuing even a bus pass with a photo that works in the entire state in order to meet 2 of the 3 requirements for this bill as is. All the need then is proof of address inside America to be covered by this bill in all states. You know in order to do this, blue states will bend what is already broken in this bill. That was explained in the Heller decision by US Supreme Court "well regulated" meant well trained, drilled. It did NOT mean regulations as restrictions. Further, the clause is a justification, not a restriction, of the right.

If your good to carry in one you should be good in all 50 .

I won't let any law stop me from carrying a firearm for self protection. Laws don't stop criminals from carrying and using firearms.

Under this law a resident of AZ for example with an AZ ID could Constitutionally Carry in CA
