So glad Brewfather added the 120 to their system. I have the 240 10 gal and have found it does quite well. Usually double grind my grains for better efficiency. Rewatching these 2 videos as I will be brewing this very recipe next week or so ... finally! Woot! Cheers!
You are my inspiration, i am a homebrewer from brazil and your follower on instagram for over 5 years, keep brewing great beers, love watching your brewing!
This is great!! I’m about to brew my first amber. I like the simplicity of it, using all American ingredients (it’s for my final assignment for my college course!). I was talking to the guy at our local home brew shop and he was nostalgic for amber ales when they first came around. This is super awesome btw! Learning a ton from these as an aspiring brewer!
I am late to the party but I am loving the videos. Keep up the great work. Can you comment on the brewing location at all? I am looking to bring my clawhammer supply system indoors from the garage... but worried about the moisture.
I split batches my last amber and hence tried wyeast 1272 American ale II. It’s great as it leaves some sweetness attenuating a bit lower. I’d use it again over 05 - and I hate liquid yeast lol
you are the only other home brewer I have seen on RUclips that uses an overhead crane for the heavy lifting. mine is electric, there is a vid on my channel
(Posting a few seconds in). I agree, Ambers should be more populare. I know that IPAs are big. But i think people need to give ambers a bigger chance. Also, what is the IBU? I have been wanting an Amber so bad.
Please please please Sarah use your influence to get Clawhammer Supply to make a system for the United Kingdom market. We have nothing like that here and I would so love one!
I love watching beer vids and noticed that basically, they are all dudes mostly with beards. There isn't anything wrong with that, but it is a welcome change to see a woman brewing, wish more got into it. Maybe bearded dudes have way more free time on their hands.... Keep up the great work!
Its so simple you can mess it up. I really like the undefined style of this vid. Just saw Clawhammers colab with you and I'm happy to be here
I 100% agree! Especially here in San Diego. Almost no breweries make a red, amber or brown ale anymore. Those used to be popular like 6-9 years ago.

Underrated and wonderful beer style when made well. This recipe looks great.
Keepers of the flame! Homebrewers got to keep these less "hype-y" styles alive and well
Fun video. I love your screw it/tweak it in the fly approach.

Just stumbled upon your channel, great content. New sub!
Great to see this recipe, tasty ambers and browns are hard to come by down my way…would dig to see your take on a simple brown.
Sounds awsome, my first beer I brewed was about a yr ago and it was the Block Party Amber Ale Extract Beer Recipe Kit from Northern Brewer.
Can’t wait to see the peppermint stout video. Sounds amazing. Please post the recipe.🍻

I make so many Amber Ales... I love them. Make a lot of them since as you said, it's hard to find them from breweries.
i like your brew space

If you listed a partial mash recipe version for us kitchen brewers that would be awesome
I forgot about that peppermint stout! It sort of blew my mind a little, haha!
I have to try brewing an amber sometime, I just keep brewing malt liquor and hefeweisens

A smoked stout is awesome too
Nice video! Just curious… What’s the measurement for the gap on your grain mill?
Every time with that stir stick!
I see your Vittles holders...do you buy a lot of base in Bulk? Ive never heard you talk about any of that.

If you add water, why not sparege your grain and extract few extra points or a bit more of volume?
I love Amberbock!
Miss brewer, you are killing me with Nails in the drywall. Please go get a pegboard for your equipment.
