P5,000 penalty for loading outside of approved bus stop

Aside from enforcement, SAICT are assisting commuters inside the EDSA busway.
Hopefully the construction of new footbridges and elevators, which bypass the need to pass through MRT stations, will help to reduce the number of commuters running across the highway.
