Mam mujhe bhi auto immune disease hai.maine saal sba saal se sugar nhi khayi hai.But abhi summer mei nimbu paani mei thodi si thread wali mishri add ki hai or thodi si curd add ki hai vo bhi saal baad. Mujhe koi nuksaan tu nhi hogi curd or mishri se.meri abhi adhi bimari thik hui hai. Baaki sad diet naturaly le rha hu.
