@@pranshusharma7399 I had extreme condition (iching, then shredding of skin , wounds in my both feet . For at least seven years i was struggling with it . Medicine , UV Rays treatmenrt everytime when it flaired same struggle. But i read somewhere that gut health is the rootcause of all skin issues so atleast for four moths i had giloy juice and wheetrass powder to detox my system and yoga and pranayam in my routine . Now my feet are tatally cured . Touch wood. One most important thing is surrender to god . For sure . It changes our thought process and life as well.
How much Giloy should we take. Do u take giloy tablets or direct giloy from plant?

I paid 27k to them as I had serious severe psoriasis, I was supposed to get customised diet plan according to my condition but it was not customized for me. It was mentioned to take sunbathing for 30mins between 11-3pm and I took for 1 month in summer when I raised query then you told me no you were not supposed to take. I was not able to find few fruits and vegetables in summer and again when I raised query then said no take seasonal fruits. I started in April and my condition is still same. Dr. Mentioned you will be permanently cured but I am still suffering a lot. I spent 27k when I was not working. I requested for in person consultation but refused by saying only international patient we consult in person.
My experience was not at all good. People from middle class and below do not get into this trap.

Very well explained about autoimune disorders by Dr.Sarika, I am myself victim of ankylosing spondiolytis, its very painfull, my whole joints get stiffed before seven years back, I was under methotraxate with steroid, Now I am very fine as I took care of my gut and stress by meditation followed by moderate exercise and healthy diet too, only the sufferers know how painful disease and its treatment too. Carriers of many peoples snatched.
