Bells Beach on Victoria’s South Coast is the longest-running surfing competition and will host the 61st edition this year. With the hope of scoring long-period, groomed walls, the surfers will need to display the perfect combination of power, precision, and timing. The biggest surfing legends have had the honor of winning and ringing ‘The Bell’ and 2024 will see a new generation vying for the opportunity to cement their names in one of surfing’s most prestigious events.

This is the best I’ve seen Kelly surf a contest in a while. I love how aggressive he is at the beginning of the heat. He looks confident, comfortable, and just fantastic! Best of luck Kelly.

John’s first two turns were so much better than anything else in that heat. Should have been 8 plus. Jordie Smiths 8 point ride was no where near as good as JJF.
@@rogase68 I must’ve watched a totally different heat than you somehow. JF had the highest wave score of the heat, his first turn was very solid but after that it was pretty much just cut backs… his 2nd turn was nice but nothing special really.
