The Challenger Series is back, and the journey to Championship Tour qualification starts at Snapper Rocks. Veterans and rookies are looking to elevate themselves to the highest platform of professional surfing with this famed right-hander as their backdrop. Across the six-event gauntlet, the sport’s most promising talents battle against former CT competitors to become one of the 10 men and five women who qualify for the Championship Tour and earn their place among the world’s best surfers.

The WSL has devalued every world championship from now on with the Trestle’s final five rubbish. Even one of Steph’s titles was really Carissa’s. WSL more like WWE.

What’s great about retired pro surfers is that they still stay in shape unlike professional soccer players or boxers who usually just become fat cringe alcoholics after retiring.
