Baker was always a gunslinger in my eyes, moreso than a play-action QB like Jared Goff. The way he makes plays with his feet and can launch bombs to his Hall of Fame receiver with an almost blind trust, he plays like a mini-Stafford at times. One more year with receivers he can build that trust with, he could be deadly
Evans, Godwin, Palmer, McMillan, his old pal Shephard, Otton, Rachaad White, Bucky Irving, and Durham and Culp, he's got a stacked group to throw to this year!
He’s got a ton of weapons in a sleeper division everyone has written off. Oline will be improved and running game should help baker. I’m ready LFG Bucs!

Obviously I don't have any insight to how they are playing right now, but when you pay attention to the interviews or the film from the training field. You can tell that this Team and this Coaching Staff are 100% locked in. Not only that, but when watching teams around the league, I see a very rare brotherhood forming in Tampa. Jason Licht and his team choose men of character, and it is easily noticed in the way the men on this team speak and conduct themselves. I predict Tampa to win some hard games this year, off of their comradery and toughness alone. Great Video! I subscribed!

He convinced Brady to come, he got all the talent Brady wanted, he kept the ENTIRE team together after the Super Bowl, he's got rid of the right players and kept the right players for years, and our cap situation is still good. Bucs fan here, because baker has never had two good seasons in a row and is very inconsistent as solid as a year he had last year he was very up and down and inconsistent there's a handful of games he left us scratching our heads lol but I think moving forward that can be fixed and he gets better.

It shouldn't be that surprising that Baker is still good. Just take a good look the year he bounced around the league. Yea Carolina, he wasn't that good but they're not that good. When he goes to a team with a good offense that has weapons (Rams), then he does great. I'm happy that he's my QB, and I still believe in Baker.

He has been inconsistant, never producing 2 winning seasons in a row, beat a team with 1 or 2 total wins to get to the playoffs last year, panics under pressure, is as mobile as an oak tree and falls in the middle of the pack in regards to starting QB ratings. The question is not really how good can he be but rather will he be any good?
