Wow Claire, Was this ever the BOMB! 2 mins was long but in a good way. I get messed up on the diamond jacks but I make it work still push on and harder and sometimes faster. Loved every ounce of it! Loved the squats-just when you think you've caught your breath another 2 comes up. What a great one!

Claire, you are amazing, I keep watching you, trying my best to copy your bounce, just not happening. ..yet. You look like you are doing the moguls on your short skis, just amazing. So I will keep trying to get better, this is hands down my favorite rebounder exercise. I try to do 3 per week, the benefits are already showing with reduced cellulitis on the back of my thighs and overall much tighter and muscular thighs. Keep up the impressive work

OMG! I need a nap now. Excellent and loved it. I used 1 pound weights. After 2 1/2 months of rebounding my body Is firmer and even my boyfriend said that. I told him it was rebounding. I’m a sweaty mess and happy now.

This is another one of my favorite rebounder workouts. Love the music and energy! I also included weights with some of the moves which is a plus.
