My step father is also in the dmv actually in Baltimore his name is Ignatius Onyejiaka, such a great man, crack took my mother to the streets and he never turned his back on me even when she betrayed him and their marriage, wow such a great man, I will soon do something nice for him to show appreciation for the times he was all I had.
I used all the spice you listed but had to improvised; I used a red red jalapenos instead of red bell pepper and long green chili pepper instead of green pepper and added to your spice list Indian red chili powder. It came out pretty good. You might try using those aforementioned ingredients. It gave it a nice depth of flavor. Thanks for the video
Hey, I’ve never made goat head before, but yes I will. I’ll start off with the dry spices then finish up with blended ginger, garlic, onions, celery, basil, parsley.
Actually trying to make this now but I don't have the white pepper and kinda confused as to when to add the canola oil?? Is that when I start to prepare the onions and peppers???
Thank u sis. I made this and it was a big hit in my home. Can you tell me how I can get the meat more tender I cooked it just like you said and at the end i cooked it first 2hours on the stove top and it was still very chewy. What can I do or is that just the way the meat is. Love ur channel ❤ thanks for all u do
You’re welcome sis! You’ll have to cook it longer on the stove for it to get tender, also add enough water. Female goats tend to be tougher than male goats.
My step father is a great man from Nigeria, he introduced me to fufu and other dishes and I loved it, I would always want more of it but he was strict on rationing it out, I will contact him for the real deal.
Chaiiii who can give me this ehhhh. Yes I like goat meat and not the smell. Ohhhh thank u for sharing. I have to bake in the oven to take out smelll👍👍👍👍
I love the smell of goat meat. Without it, it’s not goat. Your recipe is amazing.
