Do you think a combination of the DBR10’s and an MG10xu Mixer would sound better than the Stagepas 600?

Sent here from a forum having a laugh at your comment about Xlr ...... Xlr microphone cables have a braided sheild( which helps to isolate electrical interference) around the positive and negative signal lines and that connects the 2 devices to a common ground ..... there's no black magic going on 🤣

I am a Karaoke DJ and use the 600BT. What do you think about using the DBR10s as monitors with the 600BT system?

I think DBR10's would be a good match for a monitor.

Hey Brian. Thanks for the videos, long time sub. Loaded question for you. What you recommend the EV EKX 15P with matching subs, RCF ART 945 (New Series) with 8004 sub, RCF Evox 12, or Yamaha DZR 15 with DXS 18 XLF. I'm looking for something that can handle at least 300 people. I'm a mobile DJ and I do weddings up to 300-350 people .

The DZR15 DXS18xlf combo will be far better than a pair EV ekx15p and matching subs as its in a class above (ekx is comparable to yamaha dxr series and jbl prx, while the DZR series is comparable to ev etx and jbl srx series). Likewise, the Dzr series will far surpass the output and sound quality of the evox 12, however it is far less portable. I'm not sure how the DZR series compares to the new RCF art line, however it will absolutely be comparable, quite probably slightly better still. If portability isn't a concern then I would highly recommend the DZR series, it would very easily be capable of 300-350 people

@@bensmith1195 if portability is my goal. Which would you pick The RCF EVOX 12, db es1203, or LD systems Maui 44 g2? They're all the same price

I know these are completely different styles but I'm curious what you think of the stage pas 1k versus the 600 BT

I own 3 of the StagePas 600BT's and I rent them out all the time as part of a DIY DJ kit. You can easily do a wedding dance with 100 people in attendance with them (more if you add a subwoofer). I also have owned many different column arrays but never a StagePas 1k. I do plan on buying one or two to replace my Mackie SRM-FLEX at some point though.
My thoughts are this.. Any column array with under 120db of output isn't going to be able to be a main speaker but they make great utility speakers. For example: Wedding Ceremonies, Backyard Parties, Extension Speakers in Side Rooms, Small Karaoke Events, small speaking engagements (Maybe a coffee shop acoustic show). Just don't buy a pair of the 1k's and think you're going to go out and do a show for 100 people unless it's background music and corporate speech.

@@TheAngrySoundTech thanks that helps alot! Is there anything in the price range of the 600bt you would recommend for band rehearsal and small venue gigs like Bar Patios and Bars?
