This graph is the fabrication graph obtained in high class concretes and does not give real results in the job siteield. Instead, you should calibrate with the cube according to DIN 1045 and find the rebound value of the mpa according to the formula x and y from the trend line curve.
sir the load used by u is fixed...its the load that need plunger to spring back ...is it the hardness value?? what about the impact made by plunger on concrete column.??
If you were to read EN 12504-2, you would find out that you need to do a minimum of 9 readings in a 300 mm by 300 mm square area. One would determine the rebound number R by the average of the readings. Outliers are tossed if more than +6 or -6 of R. Then reaverage. If more than 20% of the readings are outside, then the test to be redone. Also, a point is discarded if it crushed or broke through a near surface void. I also point out to read Notes 1 and 2 of the Scope whereby the Rebound hammer is to confirm the uniformity of the concrete and can only provide an estimate of strength. Do not believe the manufacturer's curves - site specific ones, as others have noted, need to be developed.
The simple and best way you taught . Crystal clear. Thankyou
wow sir i am happy to learn it after a long time. thank you very much sir.
Very nice video sir , bahut badiya samjhaya ...

Please suggest best company for purchase rebound hammer
Thanks for the information Mohan. Is 34 N/mm^2 a good strength? What is the acceptable range?
24 n/mm2
Nice explanation brother. thanks for sharing.
So is a steel coloumn and a concrete coloumn the same..?
when do you apply the dispersion value?

ya that's what iam also thinking

can we conclude the result with one reading only?
Sir...Is that test applicable for old concrete or repair work...???
Yes I want to.as same question., but he did not replied you🙄🤔

அண்ணா எனக்கு ஒரு கட்டிடத்தின் நிலைத்தன்மையை தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் உங்களை எப்படி தொடர்பு கொள்வது
What is the minimum strength required for column sir
Depend upon what grade of concrete you use. For columns minimum of M-25 we should use.
Price
34 is that the compressive strength in axial loading or horizontal force
Awesome video!!
Good work
Nice mohan sir nd Venkat sir
Sir Super but ple explain the non destructive test in concrete because I will take the seminor sir
is it will be correct
perfect, so helpful
Ye masin mereco chahiye
Nice
Sir can I get the graph
good
Nice...
1 point pe ham strength decide kar sakte hain kya ??
Sir tell me how to calculate strenght Manually??
What is error in that method??
+- 25%
nice sir keep continues
Nicely shown,
Make video on ultra sonic pulse velocity test
Thank so much
👍👍👍
shandaar
labe total testing methard and formola ke shath hind me bheje
Great initiative
Good!
Nice video sir
nice video sir
👍👍👍Ty
Thank you sir .
Good explanation
This does not make any logical sense to me. If I would press the hammer against a steel coloumn. It would show the same reading.
Good
I AM NOT CONVINCED
grt
hind me vedeo banay
Thanks sir
