I'm also reading the same book which you are reading. It's good and pretty much informational. I really wanted to see your morning routine as you so much productive throughout the year. Thanks for sharing, really enjoyed watching you. My morning routine usually starts at 5:00 am and I start reading and make notes for my easiness to revise those chapters in short of exam pressure and by doing that I drink Horlick (sounds childish but my doctor suggested to not drink any kind of caffeine related items as I'm young and should be in taking more protein and energy related. Then I step out of my bed and quickly takes a shower by 8:30 and after that in time of getting ready I usually consume 3 half boiled eggs (as I have PCOD) . After having done with these things I quickly start packing my bag with books and copies as I usually have couching classes every alternate days and that's it. My morning routine is just like that. Side effects include bad headache, Stomach upset, heartburn,Pcod problems (in females)U can hv it in between 2 meals. 2. Breakfast should be a larger portion of the meal.. the quantity u ate seems like it was supper😃. Add more cereals n banana if u want to continue this breakfast.

People underestimate the power of routine Trust me guys ,you just have to give it a start and things will start aligning for you ,of course it will be boring at first ,you will not be able to concentrate ,you will feel like giving up but consistency is the key ,slowly the habit and routine will seep into your subconscious and you will be a much better version of yourself than what you are now . So take out a pen and piece of paper to write your tomorrow .
this is not the proper way to make green tea. first you need to boil the water and then add green tea in it,leave for 2 to 3 mins..now ur grn tea is ready.🙏

Hey helly..Nice video..👌 in one of your videos you said you were having warm water with lemon and honey in the morning. That's my morning drink now!! I tried it and looks like it's helping my gut a lot. My morning routine-some exercise, after having morning drink I water my plants, cut some fruits for my snacks box, meditate sometimes, then get ready, write my morning journal, and have breakfast and head to my work. And I listen to storytel while having my breakfast because food in my hostel mess is sooo boring!! And while listening to the book, I somehow manage to gulp it down!😁. And ya, I was also eating soulful muesli while dieting. Doesn't taste good at all!!

You can cook a masala version of your millet breakfast. I have it at least 5 days a week. There are many recipes available on RUclips. And i have the same mason jar on my table for water 😊
@@thehellyblog being a medical student i can tell you that no it doesn't. Actually uncooked millets cannot be completely digested by our system and hence the incomplete absorption of nutrients. Cooking them not only eases the digestion process but adding things like turmeric and black pepper etc increase the nutrient value. Hope i cleared your doubt
What kind of meditation do you do?Meditation of observation(vipasanna) or Meditation(samatha) of focus?If you do the former,it won't give you anything much!
@@thehellyblog yeah,but I do Vipasanna,Samatha or focusing on breaths or some other phenomenon is actually more for the people who use meditation as a tool(like for increasing concentration or memory) in their day to day life.But for me meditation is the goal in itself,so I choose Vipasanna.
