    Great Vlog. Nowadays, I'm into reading one book everyday. So I read half of that in the morning itself, and block out an hour or two to complete the rest. That gets me going for the whole day.

    Do consider lowering the brightness of your laptop screen. It saves battery and minimises eye strain. And yeah enabling the night mode as you did was good way to cut down the excessive blue light. I can relate to this screen-eye headache the most. It sucks real bad when you gotta study online...

    Hi Saheli, I also suffer from headache. I have migraine. And I am work for a company where I have to work for 12-14 hours daily sometimes on the laptop. I was taking too many painkillers along with my migraine medication. Then I started having Lavender Tea and Chamomile Tea. And those have worked wonders for me. I no longer suffer from headache and I have also stopped talking my daily migraine medication. I hope this helps you as well!

    You can take Steam. Also while working you can keep smelling rosemary oil. It helps. Also try Jasmine tea. This also relive any kind of stress.

    Listening to your book recommendations all throughout the lockdown period, I've been so much accustomed to listening to your way of speaking that i sometimes test myself whether i am able to read your lips while keeping the audio mute. Its funny isn't it. And i even find myself understanding everything you say. Either am crazy or i got lot of free time.

    Om chanting three times, meditation 10 mins, pray to god, stretching exercises and walking in the sun, do puja after bath, make breakfast.

    I wake up at 4:30 AM to perform morning prayer and then I do yoga and meditation and then after that I read a book for an hour.

      @@thehellyblog hii...my morning routine okay I tell u ....I wake up at 6 in the morning, get up and take some exercise, then take a shower and then clean the house like a mop Then I have two children, I pick them up, make them brass, then feed them milk and then worship them In a while, my husband and brother-in-law come to visit, they both take bath and worship, then I make them both breakfast. Then mummiy come and offer milk to breakfast and then I also have breakfast,then Preparing for lunch again so this is my morning to afternoon routine and thanks to you for talk to me😊

    Hey! Love to see your videos.Well I can suggest you something-while working or reading,use this 20-20-20 rule i.e for every 20 minutes of working/reading,take a 20 sec break & focus your eyes on something else rather than what you are working on atleast for 20 sec.

    Hey , I would reccomend you to press the pressure points for headache Actually I have some sort of migraine problem and often I get headaches whenever I have to study a lot and have a hectic day ..you can search on RUclips what are the points and how to press the pressure points..because it has helped me a lot and take no time..hope it helps you too ..BTW love you and your videos ..you are the best

    Use dark mode blue light filter and take little little breaks wash your eyes 10 times a day and also when. Feeling lethargic then watch greenery I mean go to garden for a short walk

    Just take frequent breaks between your work or follow pomodoro technique. It helps you lot to work effectively at short span of time. I hope it helps you to get rid of headaches.

    i am an early riser and i wake up between 5 - 6 am . as soon as i get up i wash my face, drink half litre water and sit to meditate and practice some yoga. some days i swap yoga with a half an hour walk.

    I usually asaign 15 mins to actuvely learn french and after about 6 months ..i m confident enough to understand a bunch of wrds from the language alredy and it doesnt even seem like i put in a lot f my time.

    I cant function without having breakfast. So first thing after I wake up is have my breakfast. Also please suggest something to wake up early. I am failing to wake early despite trying everything.

      if you sleep on time you will automatically wake up early. try this it works. just make it a habit to keep your phone away maybe in kitchen or another room by 10pm max and within one hour you will fall asleep. it will take a couple of days to adapt but then it will happen automatically.

    I want to ask your suggestion on Reading Books. Whenever I find something profound in non fiction books I am like I need to hold that thing in my mind to better process it and then I don't want to move reading further thinking that I won't get the most out of it. That fear or worry makes me slow on reading. I want to know do you relate on this or Only I feel like this.

    Wake up early morning at 6:00am . I take half an hour for refreshment and then I will do prayer and Meditation for minimum 30-40 minutes After that I'm going for walking about 3 to 4km.

    Use " நந்தியாவட்டை பூ" by puting it in water for few hrs and then use the water as eye drop with the use of same flower.

    As you said you are facing head ache or Migrane like issue after working for long hours on computer screen then my humble suggestion to you would be taking Biosash Sea buckthorn juice twice in a day daily. It will provide you the proper amount of all omegas 3 6 7 9 & good quantity of Vitamin A & C required for good skin & eye health. Hope it helps you out.
