Do consider lowering the brightness of your laptop screen. It saves battery and minimises eye strain. And yeah enabling the night mode as you did was good way to cut down the excessive blue light. I can relate to this screen-eye headache the most. It sucks real bad when you gotta study online...
Hi Saheli, I also suffer from headache. I have migraine. And I am work for a company where I have to work for 12-14 hours daily sometimes on the laptop. I was taking too many painkillers along with my migraine medication. Then I started having Lavender Tea and Chamomile Tea. And those have worked wonders for me. I no longer suffer from headache and I have also stopped talking my daily migraine medication. I hope this helps you as well!

Then mummiy come and offer milk to breakfast and then I also have breakfast,then Preparing for lunch again so this is my morning to afternoon routine and thanks to you for talk to me😊

Hey! Love to see your videos.Well I can suggest you something-while working or reading,use this 20-20-20 rule i.e for every 20 minutes of working/reading,take a 20 sec break & focus your eyes on something else rather than what you are working on atleast for 20 sec.
Hey , I would reccomend you to press the pressure points for headache Actually I have some sort of migraine problem and often I get headaches whenever I have to study a lot and have a hectic day ..you can search on RUclips what are the points and how to press the pressure points..because it has helped me a lot and take no time..hope it helps you too ..BTW love you and your videos ..you are the best

Use dark mode blue light filter and take little little breaks wash your eyes 10 times a day and also when. Feeling lethargic then watch greenery I mean go to garden for a short walk
Just take frequent breaks between your work or follow pomodoro technique. It helps you lot to work effectively at short span of time. I hope it helps you to get rid of headaches.
i am an early riser and i wake up between 5 - 6 am . as soon as i get up i wash my face, drink half litre water and sit to meditate and practice some yoga. some days i swap yoga with a half an hour walk.

if you sleep on time you will automatically wake up early. try this it works. just make it a habit to keep your phone away maybe in kitchen or another room by 10pm max and within one hour you will fall asleep. it will take a couple of days to adapt but then it will happen automatically.

Whenever I find something profound in non fiction books I am like I need to hold that thing in my mind to better process it and then I don't want to move reading further thinking that I won't get the most out of it. That fear or worry makes me slow on reading. I want to know do you relate on this or Only I feel like this.

As you said you are facing head ache or Migrane like issue after working for long hours on computer screen then my humble suggestion to you would be taking Biosash Sea buckthorn juice twice in a day daily. It will provide you the proper amount of all omegas 3 6 7 9 & good quantity of Vitamin A & C required for good skin & eye health. Hope it helps you out.
