It is not a make-up. Make-up is a man-made product that is sold and it for the purpose to enhance looks and/or hide imperfections.
A beard is just hair that grows on a guy's face. You dont use powder, you dont use eyeliners. It just grows. It is literally the anti-make-up if you want to associate it so badly with make up. You do not make up hair, it just grows, and it is not even healthy to leave it on.

@@s1os2s3 I think you're failing to understand that this person seems to be relating the topic on a social understanding than a more practical one. A beard to a man is as makeup to a woman. Meaning that when the familiar part of your face disappears, it's like a stranger has taken place.
Also, not sure if you know this, but lots of makeup and things throughout human history use natural chemicals/colors. Like, sure, most of those things needed SOME sort of interaction, but they were natural ways of doing makeup. Even today, we still use a bug's blood to make a certain type of Red (#04).

But it’s quite literally not their fault that a large number of keyboard warriors lack basic media literacy before going off the rails . A quick peek at his content or a simple google search would clarify the stance very quickly . Honestly with recent events small hiccups like this it should be all the more reason for people to learn media literacy so that they can actually put effort into the right fight lol .
