We've always found that peppermint essential oils de-celerate our soap batter, so that might be what's happening with your coffee soap that's less thick! 😊 Edited to add: curious what fragrance oil you used in the molasses one? You called it molasses-cinnamon, but cinnamon essential oil isn't skin-safe, so I'm guessing you used some kind of fragrance oil and it sounds nice!
Hello Sabs Soaps, I have my own formulation for shampoo bars, but now I am curious. I have a question about your "bases". You mention you have 3 different bases being 1) Water Molasses, 2)Coffee, and 3) Sounds like you're saying hair teeth for redheads but you also mention rose petals which makes me think of an infusion. It doesn't matter to me what your bases are, I just wanted to know if, when you refer to your base, you are referring to your pot of oils? Or are you adding something to your lye solution distinguishing one batch of soap from another? Being a tutorial video, I hope you don't mind me asking questions. It's hard to see what you're doing because you're left-handed and the camera is on the left of your work surface. Thank you.
The oils are the same for each scent, it is the water part that changes, I use teas or molasses or strong coffee in my water/lye solutions. Ask away! And sorry about being left handed, My kitchen wont accommodate another setup :/

nice recipes, quick question what does coffee do for the hair? is it good on all hair types? I'm wondering if it's drying at all too?
+LaMesha Mahoney Coffee is said to enhance highlights for brunettes. It is good for all hair types and is not drying :) and thanks! :D
Correction; She really means: "Dead-Locks" for Afro-ZombieZ. :D LOL
