I own this set! I'm only a few seconds into the video, but I predict that you like these wrenches a lot. I feel very confident when I use these that I'm not going to round the bolt---I use these any time I can't use a socket and the bolt is being stubborn. I don't care a thing about the open end (I'm sure it's fine, just don't ever use the open end), I've banged on them with a hammer on the jaws of the open end a few times, lol. You mentioned the Gearwrench six points---I almost bought those but I went for these! I'm glad I did!
Jeff, that is a really nice set of wrenches. For what it's worth I've always wanted a set of John Deere wrenches but never could afford them. I still probably can't. Don't get buried in a snow drift. Thanks for Sharing! 🙃🙂
Great looking set of wrenches. Though not often needed, a set of six point wrenches can come in handy where you can't fit a socket. In the case that you need extra grip the six point won't mar up fasteners. Thanks again Jeff!
@jefftovani5535 jeff: I just bought 2 sets of Titan tools sockets that include extensions and 1 rarchet, (SAE and METRIC) The main reason why I bought them is because the KNURLING that is close to the end of the sockets. These days, there are too many good sockets to choose from. If you don't abuse them, most can handle a lot of work. Therefore I what a socket that can provide me something extra. When I am working and I have greasy or oily hands and I have to use my hand and the socket is just slippery, it puts me behind. I have to wash my hands, clean the socket, and fight any slipperyness the socket still has while i continue to work with my fingers. That is why I am selecting a socket set with KNURLING. Another company to choose from is Dewalt (knurling is not as strong). Also, OEM tools, but the knurling is not at the end of the socket. So it is not as useful. Milwaukee chrome sockets are square shape at the end but still slippery. If this is a good idea for you to make a video, please do.
Nice set. I have never owned 6 pt box wrenches. I do prefer 6 point sockets though. I also keep wrenches with smooth sides and with grip features. I like to use smooth unless I need the grip in order to not mar the fastener.
At least those are made in Taiwan. I had the Gearwrench 6-point and did not like them at all. They were made in China with very cheap steel. They were so light it didn't feel like I was holding anything, and the open end would start spreading at very low torque. I've been waiting on another affordable 6-point option to come around.
Thanks, Jeff! That’s a good looking set of combo wrenches! 10 sets of SAE currently available, no numbers mentioned for Metric availability. $90 for metric, $73 for the 12 pc. SAE (Amazon)
You should do a review of the nepros wrenches. Those wrenches are just to beautiful to use 😂 idk if I want to use them in a commercial/industrial setting.
Hello again, Jeff Thank you for another Great Video 👍 Son, that is a nice looking set of wrenches. Do they have it in 12-point SAE? Stay safe and warm. Again thank you 👌
Anti slip wrenches has become the newest hottest thing in the market. Is it necessary to have that design be your one and only set of wrenches if you're working professionally? They leave markings on your fasteners.
Thanks for another review! I have a question please. Do you or any of your loyal followers know anything about TOOLANT tools? I’ve been eyeballing a ratcheting wrench set they have on Amazon? Thanks and be safe on New Year’s Eve!
Would you pick these over the Craftsman Overdrive 6-point? One thing I like about these is they have better size markings than Tekton, having them on the two ends of the handle, while Tekton only has one mark in the center of the handle.

Though I'm no mechanic, I have always stuck to 6 point wrenches and sockets. Just like the idea of grip faces being secure.

When a company stamps their name into the tool, they must have pride in it's quality

Your rite about Anti Slip!! thanks Yang!!
Swap 9&11 for shorter and longer 10mm wrenches would be awesome.
I love it!! thanks ben!!!

Seen them johnny, which set, long patern double box,?
@@jefftovani5535 yes, the extra long double box. Thanks
I'd gladly trade the 20 & 23 for a 24. Love the old craftsman 6 point but I'd like a more complete set. These may be the ticket.
Thanks ben for taking a gander!!
Would you pick these over the Craftsman Overdrive 6-point? One thing I like about these is they have better size markings than Tekton, having them on the two ends of the handle, while Tekton only has one mark in the center of the handle.
