as long as you tune stabs correctly, you’ll be ok. thing about tx is that they have very very bad qc in their third batch. best bet is just getting cherry clip ins and c3 wires and tuning correctly to spend less and get equal or better results

Just don't know if I actually want to put the time and effort into getting one made myself tbh. although it might be a really fun project. I'm definitely getting deep into this hole... This isn't my first board, I had the NK87 Alu before and sold it cuz It was just boring af. Love the 65% now, needed the space on my desk too tbh. The space65 is definitely something I want really bad... But I can't get myself to spend so much for one on the aftermarket. Did you get into the group buy R3? It happened at the time I just was starting to get deeper into the space and before 65% was even something on my radar 😢
I have mixed feelings about Staebies. Tolerances are SO tight that modding is impossible. Also, I have noticed that they are so tight that if ANYTHING is even remotely warped, twisted ect ect, that they will indefinitely lightly tick unless you angle the keycap towards one side. They are weird, but when they work, they are hands down the best I have ever had (and I've tested almost every stab you can dream of). Problem is, hopefully everything is perfect. Maybe I'm just dogshit at tuning/lubing stabs. Try them sometime. I get mine from Divinikey as they are usually in stock. @@JohnnyTsunami_

you cant tune owlabs. if the wire isnt perfect in the box then ur screwed
The include owlstabs really sucks. Mine just can't stop rattling or ticking, even after doing all the modding.

There's no match up like Staebies versus TX AP. Owlstabs are literally overrated.
Still haven’t tried Staebies, but TX are still the best yet and attainable by most people.
