The tenth season picks up six months after last season’s finale. Frank (Macy) uses his leg injury to collect as many prescription drugs as possible, and his exploits lead him to an old friend. Emboldened by the $50,000 left to her by Fiona, Debbie (Emma Kenney) has stepped in as the family's new matriarch, ruling over the Gallagher household with an iron fist. Lip (Jeremy Allen White) navigates his relationship with a newly affectionate Tami (Kate Miner). Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) has to decide what to do with his life as he finishes military school and heads back to the South Side. Liam (Christian Isaiah) is committed to learning more about black history and culture under the tutelage of V (Shanola Hampton), as Kev (Steve Howey) faces an identity crisis. Everyone is saying it’s out of character but it’s not... do you guys not watch the show? This is everything Micky has always been only difference now is he gets to do it out loud. He can care about gold chairs with white cushions and still pistol whip someone. He also has always been a crybaby. We’ve seen him cry more on this show than Ian. He’s super emotional and all of his emotion comes out in rage. What would be out of character is if he didn’t break the chair. Micky has always wanted what Micky wants the way he wants it.

The character of Mickey throughout the series has evolved, he is no longer the boy who was angry all the time of the first season, his personality softened, so it is normal that he wants some things differently as a teenager.

Alot of these type of scenes in shamelss are for real, like when Fiona was talking to Mon in season one when she was trying to take liam, or when ian was first showing signs of having bipolar, this is why it is my favorite show, the acting is amazing, the drama is amazing, and the comedy is amazing, by far the best show I have ever seen 💖
