I like the POV style because it gives a better view of what the car is like to drive/live with. Might be a nice add-on to other reviews (perhaps not in 20 minute chunks though and/or mix in more non-highway driving)?
Hi, from Japan!! I love every types of videos you make for us. Sometimes, we car enthusiasts love to see how it is like if we are in the car. Especially, I love to see the view from the car. Of course, this kind of videos are kind of calm and quiet. So, I love to see this kinds of videos when I want to spend time calmly. In fact, I watched this video in the midnight after I got back from work. I enjoyed it with a cup of cocoa. Thanks for the video, I could relax and went a bed. Thank you Todd!!
I like the POV and narration but I’d trim out most of the quite time out to make a shorter video with still all the parts I came for. Thanks for podcasting and doing video reviews!
I love it but I will admit, burying everything in the touchscreen is not the greatest move. But god I love the seats in my R Design! I also wish my ‘19 did the full screen CarPlay instead of the quarter/half screen while telling me features are “via Apple CarPlay”.
Maybe in the next POV video have Paul standing along the roadside and turn it into a game of “Where’s Paul?” Of course, if you still have that Sasquatch costume…
Looks like Volvo has listened to your rants, Todd. Those center vents are huge! I just got a 2014 Rio manual for our 17y/o and the center vents are horrible. They are way up high on the dash and small. I miss my '71 Chevelle's vents.......
Probably not as big as you think. More tall and narrow when we're used to seeing wide and short or mostly square. I'd guess the surface area is about average.
Great looking interior. Not the engineered look of a German vehicle and not the look of Japanese at the other end of the scale either. Just nice. Don't care for something about the wipers. Having both in front of the driver's field of vision when vertical seems a little annoying. Some day you guys should come test a vehicle on Hwy 9 between Saratoga and Boulder Creek. A real test of mountain driving which in today's world, has become an every day commute for many. (Like how I used "every day' in my comment)?
Appreciate the feedback. This is a new element we are trying. Because it’s a POV we aren’t going to talk the whole way through, but we’re still finding the balance here. Thank you.
Todd is not using his typical voice, sounds more like a play-by-play narrator at a tennis match or golf tournament.
I love driving in the rain. Driving V60 CC AWD makes an amazing experience
I must say, what a pleasant interior. No rattles or creaks.
Like the POV with commentary format. #respectthedrive
“Ice fishing looks miserable today “ Speaking as a Wisconsonite, I think ice fishing is a pretty miserable way to spend your time on any day.
It's a crappy day there, and it's still breathtaking. Y'all definitely picked the right state to film regularly.

I thought you already driven this car Toph... Err, I mean, cool video Todd!

Nice POV! Definitely intrigued to drive a newer Volvo product.

Cool vid. What’s your camera set up?

It doesn't feel right without Paul there for the banter. The POV camera is nice though.

This one or BMW 330i Touring?
Was the speedometer set to KPH? 😀
I love wagons and this generation of volvo wagons look great but the value is very questionable at $60k+!
Too little verbal info, usually you talk non stop. Had to scroll the video, cause 20 min POV of ordinary driving is too dull
Drive me to sleep Volvo daddy
First dislike of your videos.. really, I skipped 90% of the video cause you hardly said anything...

@@TestDriveVideos I’d say do this as a “short” and you’d have something.
