What we thought was a simply blade change ended up with a nonfunctional planer. This was a nightmare scenario since we were without a planer for 2 weeks. This video is to help those who may have encounter a similar problem and hopefully save them some hassle when maintaining their planer. As always, you should change your planer blade regularly. This can vary based on amount of usage and the type of material that is being planned. The blades are fairly inexpensive and easy to change. As long as the screws are not stuck in the machine.
