Man Kiryu fought so many gangs that this guy can make a whole 14 minute video about it. Impressive now that I think about it.

Ten Years in The joint
In the Yoinky Sponky
A few things I noticed are :
In Yakuza 2, the Nishikiyama Family is fought again briefly, and are lead by Koji Shindo.
In Yakuza 3, the Kazama Family was founded by Shintaro Kazama, but are currently lead by Osamu Kashiwagi following Kazama’s death in 2005.
In Yakuza 4, the Ueno Seiwa are currently lead by Katsuragi following the 1985 hit by Saejima resulting in the death of the main officers including Ueno.
I put the original leaders so it doesn’t get mixed up
first i time i see he make a video all gangs and organizations in Yakuza
while from the past i just see they make all Gangs and Organizations in GTA
There's also the gangs in Kurohyou 1 & 2 as well.
Kuki Family (1): Owner of the "Dragon Heat" MMA Organization. Fought briefly when Tatsuya tries escaping from Dragon Heat before his first fight. Leader: Ryutaro Kuki (1), Ryusho Kuki (2)
Nioka Family (1&2): Fought various times, trying to take control of Dragon Heat. Leader: Kozo Nioka
Ashura (2): Crime Syndicate that operates the largest underground fighting organization in Sotenbori. Leader: Yasuto Akita
Street Level Gangs:
Diablo (1&2): Rough & Tumble Group in Black/White that likes to bust heads. Members are very loyal to each other and would avenge at the drop of a hat. Leader: Shota Akagi (1) Ryosei Toki (2)
DIS (Pronounced "Dice") (1&2): Clique of conmen who dress up like Rappers. Adept at making negotiations that would heavily benefit them. Leader: Seiji Aono (1), Kaga Iori (2, Temporarily)
Kingdom (1): Squad of Gaudily-dressed men, who focus on fashion as much as fighting. Leader: Eisuke Shiraishi
Death Corps (1): High School Delinquents. Would do anything to win a fight as heavy punishment would be dealt to losers. Leader: Togo Kuroda
WAR DOG (2): Another gang of High School Delinquents, who missed out on the first massive war in Kamurocho. Highly skilled in multi-man ambushes and lynchings. Leader: Kishi Katsumi
9th (2): A circle of party-loving playboys, initially created as a successor to Kingdom. More concerned with picking up ladies than fighting. Leader: Miyako Midorikawa
PEACH (2): Rowdy group of Orphans who mostly stick to doing petty crimes and street fights. Leader: Toma Momose
BURAI (2): Mysterious Biker Gang who showed up in Kamurocho one day. Seeks to unite all the gangs under one label to fend off an incoming invasion from Sotenbori. Leader: Toru Minazuki
NEO Baku-On (2): Born from the ashes of Baku-On, this Sotenbori biker gang seems to be plotting something sinister; an invasion of Kamurocho. Leader: Yumiko Tokito, Seiki Kaido (Former)
Lovers: A clique of fussy Osakan dudes who dress up in American-inspired fashion. Mostly concerned with making money. Leader: Taiki Kuya
Soten BEASTS: Outcasts, Orphans, and Ex-Cons make up this gang of Sotenbori Construction Workers. Members mostly treat each other like family. Leader: Gado Mutsu
Sennan MAD: Southern Osakan delinquent gang coming in to join after hearing rumors of a war brewing. Comes and goes, wreaking havoc on a seasonal basis like the Sennan Festival they're named after. Leader: Sojiro Raika
Thanks for this awesome info, I’ll be sure to include this in the next vid!
@@KiryuKazumaChan09 No problemo! Let me know if you need the logos for the gangs, as I got all of 'em.
@@knocked_for_six sure!
Duly note that during Yakuza 3 Shintaro Kazama has been dead and is under the command of Osamu Kashiwagi
gang of gangs
also the track for yakuza 2 is called as a man as a brother
Never knew Awano's clan name till today
Well they were under a name like the Nikkyo Consortium and Toko Credit's example. Yakuza in plain sight.
And Ousaka Enterprise. Forgot they too run under a different name.
This was a pretty neat video as its crazy to think how many yakuza factions that Kiryu and others have faced, not including the government factions that occasionally appear. My only gripe is that the text that briefly appears to explain the yakuza families disappears a bit too quickly but besides that cool vid.
I was noticing that too when I edited 😂
@@KiryuKazumaChan09 ah well not a big deal. I saw another comment mention if youd cover groups from the spin off games so it would interesting if you make that a video.
@@aamacan I would love to
@@aamacan and I will make the text slower for you guys to read.
@@KiryuKazumaChan09 awesome man cant wait to see more
Sengoku family: newest family in omi alliance. But dressed like they are in 1500s japan warring periods.😂😂
If Ishin is in the same canon as the main games, then Sengoku Family was the oldest family in Omi Alliance dating back to 1800's. Even the family crest is the same with its modern counterpart.
@@thareqprimaharianto8725 Wearing outdated armour in modern era like they dont care guns existed.
Very informative, good job!
Thank you!
Love to see the Uematsu family represented!
Three times of the Nishikiyama Patriarchs to fight. And one of them we fought twice. While Nishiki was defeated twice by two protagonists.
Maybe do another one with the spin-offs?
Alr
@@KiryuKazumaChan09 awesome
Kiryu actually fought several gangs in Yakuza 4
woohoo!!! uematsu family representation!
You forgot the atobe family in yakuza kiwami
Snake Flower Triad is Chinese no? It's a Triad
Yes it is
I meant that it’s a Chinese organization that was established under the Japanese branch
