The sad day has arrived where we checked-out of our home resort of Saratoga Springs...a storm was brewing, but perhaps not the one we intended. To make ourselves feel better, we took a trip to Legoland Florida where we had the park pretty much all to ourselves. We then stopped at Manny's Chophouse on the way home for arguably the BEST meal we had all holiday. We had a slight disaster when checking into Kidani Village, but I'll leave out the spoilers so you can check it our for yourselves.

On the subject of your room being short of the DVC standard I think us brits don't like complaining but sometimes it's needed. If you don't complain how would organisations like Disney DVC know there is a problem/issue. At least they made things better with an upgrade with a great view. Great vid guys look forward to the next one😊.
Thanks Chris. Yeah, Blake had a great day. Credit to Disney too, they definitely made up for the poor room 😁 but the experience did put a damper on the whole AK lodge experience of we're honest

I agree about telling Disney if you are not happy with the room. I paid a fortune for a room for two nights at Wilderness Lodge and was so disappointed to get this strange disability access room in a terrible location. I phoned downstairs and said I’m not staying in this room it’s horrible! I was so upset as it was my dream to stay there!
They moved me straight away to a much better room with a very nice view so it was worth telling them I was unhappy.
It was a fun day. We'd recommend Legoland to anyone. As for the room, it's always worth speaking up. Disney are great at fixing their mistakes
@@thefinlayadventure6255 I think that’s true of WDW but sadly not so much when it comes to Disneyland Paris it’s more hit and miss if you get the help or not to change rooms etc
