Haven't been to Universal since 2017 just did Disney last 2 visits. Love the look of your hotel, my friend stayed there last October
That for commenting. The hotel was definitely a nice surprise. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes staying on iDrive. Universal on the whole felt amazing this time around as they're investing a lot of money
My wife has got me hooked on your vlogs, love the realness to your content and getting the kids involved!
Kudos to you for stopping vlogging to look after Blake after the transformers ride, that’s the life of vloggers with kids and priorities in the right place!
Look forward to future content 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wow - thanks for the kind words. We really appreciate it.
Yeah, it's fun to vlog but the kids come first (we have a lot of outtakes where we had to stop mid way through filming. Lol).
I think the Transformers ride will stay with him forever. He calmed down pretty quickly, but he wasn't impressed 😱
Really hope you enjoy the rest of our vlogs 😊
1:55 i loved the finger pointing tour...brilliant! great overall video series
Thanks so much for commenting. We were just watching back this vlog as we were reminiscing about Endless Summer. Such a great resort 😀
Nice video. Endless Summer is on the land that used to be the huge water park Wet 'N Wild. Always find the trips to Ihop and Denny's to be funny. So many vloggers go there. So much humidity during the summers.
Thanks for the comment. It was our first time there and loved it. I didn't ever visit Wet n Wild when I visited as a kid - Definitely feel like I missed out.
really enjoyed your first day. what a lovely family
Wow - thank you so much for the love comment. So happy you enjoyed the vlog
Loving the videos! What camera do you use please, the quality is excellent.
Hi - thanks for the comment.
I'm currently using a Canon G7X mk ii
The quality is decent, but I do have an issue with some dust in the lens, which is why you might see some blurring on the screen when it's bright
@@thefinlayadventure that’s great, h thanks for the info.
Loved this vlog❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!! Glad you enjoyed it
Recently found your channel and enjoyed all your past life stories. This was another great vlog Jake and family. I'm looking forward to the next episode.
Hi Chris. Thanks for watching and the kind comments - really appreciate the support
What a jam packed busy first day. Disney are great when it comes to disabilities. Went to paris in May and was great to see them so helpful including all the characters
Hi guys - thanks for watching.
Yep, we had a positive experience with both Disney and Universal, however we think that universal's facilities for accessibility were better than Disney's, which isn't what we expected
Great vlog 🤩
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it 😁
Nice vlogging style Jake 👍 not been to Universal since 2019…lots has changed. Our favourite snack spot is the San Francisco Pastry Company - still there in the Fisherman’s Wharf area, but you walked right past it 😂
Glad you had a chilled first day; Endless Summer looks very nice; yours is only vlog of that resort which took time to show people around and how to get to places e.g. bus stop. Look forward to more of your Florida vlogs.
David.
👍🇬🇧😎🏰🌴🎡
Thanks Dave. Really appreciate the feedback. We honestly loved that hotel - way more than we expected to. A great place to stay on I-Drive. We'd recommend it to anyone
🎉🎉 Great vlog! Was the process getting the disability pass the same? We haven’t been in four years. It was always pretty straight forward in the past.
Thanks for watching.
Universal's process is new. You need to apply for an IBCCES Accessibility Card via the website and submit medical documents. If approved, you'll be given an electronic card which you show at guest services. They will then give you a hard copy to show to the ride attendants. Hope that helps? 😁
@@thefinlayadventure thanks so much! I didn’t realise that. Did you do that before you travelled? I actually prefer that rather than with Disney - would rather just show the proof. Did you apply to disney before travel? Was that ok? I think we are just going to do it there.
Get down to Dairy Queen for the best ice cream in the USA
Funnily enough, we were discussing Dairy Queen last night. There's one right by the hotel but we've never tried it. It's on the list for next year 100%
Thank you so much for watching 🙂
Walgreens own Boots. Nothing like Wilkos !
